Working on Detroit, I produced some of the gameplay animations for the game. As a part of a small team (gameplay animation) on the side of the animation team (in charge of cinematics) I was in charge of all the different steps to bring an animation from the raw data (motion capture) to the end result inside the engine. I learned the basics of retargeting, motion editing and the design of blend trees (motion kits).
